Emergency Maintenance Requests:
In Massachusetts, the following situations are considered emergencies:

Any situation that poses an immediate threat to health or safety

  • No heat in winter

  • No running water

  • Severe leaks or flooding

  • Gas leaks

  • Fire hazards

  • Complete electrical outages affecting safety

Please submit your concerns through your Buildium portal for non-urgent requests, and we’ll address them as soon as possible.
