  • Integration: Solutions must integrate with or enhance our existing ecosystem—not duplicate capabilities we already have.

  • Utility: The platform should clearly streamline a process, reduce workload, or meaningfully improve service delivery.

  • Scalability: Any tool must support growth, multi-property operations, and cross-department collaboration.

We are always open to hearing thoughtful, well-prepared pitches, but we ask providers to ensure your solution is a true value-add before initiating contact.
